We rely on the details and information supplied by you. All vehicles must meet the following conditions:
Be drivable with functioning brakes, handbrakes, and windows
No damage and/or hanging parts
Minimum ground clearance of 150mm / 15cm
Vehicle weight should not exceed 3 tons
Minimum ¼ tank of fuel (Refuel fee is applicable if the vehicle runs out of fuel)

Car / Sedan:
Length – 5.1m or under
Width – 2m or under
Height – 1.65m or under
Light Commercial / 4WD / SUV:
Length – 5.2m or under
Width – 2m or under
Height – 1.9m or under
📌 If dimensions differ, a modified quote must be selected. The vehicle’s measurements should be taken from the highest points (roof racks, folded mirrors, bullbar, tow ball, etc.).
Unless the Goods in Vehicle option is selected, all vehicles MUST be empty.
Certain routes don’t allow goods in vehicles.
Maximum goods weight: 100 kg.
Items must not obstruct windows or be placed behind the driver’s seat or in front seats.
LF Logistics disclaims any liability for loss/damage to goods or vehicles caused by goods inside.
Extra charges may apply if these conditions are not followed.

A vehicle is still considered empty even with the following:
Spare tyre
Jack
Tool kit (supplied with the vehicle)
Fitted baby seats / booster seats
Pickup dates and transit days are approximate only.
Times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Transit times may vary due to peak periods, acts of nature, location, or freight dependency.
Transit time starts from the business day after collection or depot drop-off.
LF Logistics does not guarantee exact pickup or delivery times. Please do not plan trips/meetings around estimated transit times.
Metropolitan door pickups require at least 3 business days.
Rural door or “Driver Meet” pickups may take longer.
A collection will be organised one business day before with an approximate timeframe.
📌 A futile fee may apply if pickup fails due to non-compliance with booking terms.
Vehicles delivered to depots must be collected within 2 business days.
Late collection may incur storage fees.
Vehicles must be drivable and undamaged.
“Write off” or damaged vehicles require re-quoting.
Customers must provide all supporting documents for collection.

All changes must be submitted in writing to info@lflogistics.com.au.

A cancellation fee of $250 per booking applies.
Refunds may take up to 20 business days.
If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if a carrier attends pickup, a futile fee will also apply.
If transport has already been allocated, the total booking cost may be forfeited.

Exclusions:
Pre-existing damage, hidden defects, normal wear & tear
Weather damage, airborne objects, wildlife impact
Vehicles older than 30 years or valued over $80,000
Low-clearance vehicles
We strongly recommend obtaining your own transit insurance.
LF Logistics and carriers are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, terrorism, road closures, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
LF Logistics acts as your agent to secure the best transport pricing and service. The carrier is responsible for transporting your vehicle, and you accept their terms when booking through us.
We require personal information to operate our services. This may be disclosed to relevant third parties (e.g., carriers, legal or government authorities) where necessary.
LF Logistics takes reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
